Effective Alternative in Reconciliation Services (EARS)

Mission Statement

To empower young people with the skills to become self-sufficient and responsible young adults, preparing them to meet the challenges of adolescence and urban life in a safe, supportive setting.

Youth Going Places!

EARS fulfills this mission with intensive skills-based training for young people, creative youth-designed and youth-led programming and meaningful on-the-job training opportunities. Our trainers are a diverse team of adults, young adults and teens with a wealth of experience.

We're ALL EARS!

If you work in the NYC school system or the youth development field, chances are good that you work with or know someone who has been touched by EARS. Whether a teen leader, parent, teacher, administrator, foster care worker, staff or Board member, EARS has enriched the lives of thousands.
